What Are Custom Notifications?
Custom Notifications (CNs) are automated messages you can schedule to:
Send reminders or check-ins
Promote upsells and services
Congratulate your clients on important milestones
Alert you when key actions are completed (like a song added or add-on selected)
You can send up to 30 notifications per event.

How Do Custom Notifications Work?
Notifications can be scheduled based on the Event Date, Lockout Date, or Event Created Date, and are sent according to the event’s time zone.
🕓Event Date Notifications
The Custom Notifications are sent according to the event’s start/end time. If the start or end time is not set, the CNs are sent by default at 00:00.
In general, CNs are calculated based on the event's time zone, which is defined when a user edits the event.
This rule applies to notifications using the "event date" option.
🔒Lockout Date Notifications
Sent at 15:00 in the event’s time zone. The event time zone is determined during event editing.
✍️Event Created Notifications
Sent immediately at the date and time the event is created.
Example: If an event is created at 10:00 AM on March 14, 2025, the notification sending start time will be at that exact time.
