When you encounter the "Connection to the server failed" error in the Vibo app, here’s what you can do to resolve it:


Why Does This Happen?

This error may occur if:

  • You are using a VPN, ad blocker, or antivirus software (e.g., McAfee) that interferes with Vibo's connection.

  • Your WiFi network has additional blockers, such as Fios by Verizon, which automatically applies these restrictions.


Steps to Fix the Issue

  1. Disable Blocking Services

  2. Switch to Mobile Data

    • If you’re connected to WiFi (especially Fios or other networks with blockers), try turning off WiFi and using cellular data instead.

  3. Access from a Computer

    • If the issue persists, log in to your Vibo account on a computer via web.vibodj.com.
