Troubleshooting tips for adding Spotify playlists to your Vibo event or template.

If you're experiencing issues when adding a Spotify playlist, one common cause could be greyed-out songs in your playlist. These tracks might not be available in your region, removed from Spotify, or have some licensing restrictions.


How to Identify Greyed-Out Songs

Steps to Fix the Issue

  1. Remove Greyed-Out Tracks:

    • Open the playlist on Spotify.

    • Look for tracks that are greyed out (as shown in the image above).

    • Right-click the track (or tap the three dots on mobile) and choose "Remove from Playlist."

  2. Reattempt Adding the Playlist:

    • Go back to Vibo and try adding the playlist again.
