How to Export a Client's Selected Music into a Serato Playlist

Steps to Export Selected Music

  1. Access Your Event in Vibo:

  • Log into your Vibo account and navigate to the event for which you want to export the music.

  • Open the Timeline & Music tab.

2. Review Client-Selected Songs:

  • Go through the song list in the event to confirm the tracks your client has chosen.

3. Export Music:

  • Click the Export Music button located in the upper-right corner of the Timeline & Music tab.

  • The file will download to your computer.

4. Import the File into Serato:

  • Open Serato on your computer.

  • Go to the Library section in Serato.

  • Drag and drop the downloaded file into your Serato library.

5. Organize Your Playlist in Serato:

  • Serato will automatically create a playlist based on the exported file.

  • Double-check that all songs are available in your Serato library and correctly mapped.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Missing Songs: If any songs don't appear in Serato, ensure they are available in your music library (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, or local files).

  • File Errors: Re-export the file if you encounter issues, and ensure your Serato software is up-to-date.

  • Custom Playlist Order: Arrange songs in Vibo before exporting if you want a specific sequence in Serato.
