Steps to Export Selected Music
Access Your Event in Vibo:
Log into your Vibo account and navigate to the event for which you want to export the music.
Switch to the Prep Mode tab.
Choose Device.
If you haven't download the scanner, please go to Download Scanner Guide.
2. Review Client-Selected Songs:
Go through the song list in the event to confirm the tracks your client has chosen.
3. Export Music:
Select the best matched songs in sections. You can identify the best match by the matching score.
Feel free to "Mark as done" when you finished with a section, on the left column.
Once you've done, click on the "Download Playlist" button located in the upper-right corner.
The in the appeared sidebar click on select sections that you want to download.
Press the "Next" button.
After finishing with the final presets, feel free to download the M3U/.crate file.
If you are using a External Hard Drive and want to export a .crate file, please view the following Guide.
(Critical) Enable the "Download as .crate file for Serato" toggle. This toggle is labeled as Beta and is located at the bottom of the Export to Serato dialog. If it is not enabled, the .crate file will not be generated.
Once the toggle is enabled, a "Pick Serato folder" option appears. What happens next depends on the operating system.
Import the .crate File into Serato:
The .crate file should be placed into the /subcrate folder (located in Windows
C:\Users\UserName\Music\_Serato_\Subcrates, or Mac's internal drive:/Users/YourName/Music/_Serato_/Subcrates)Open/Relaunch Serato on your computer.
4. Organize Your Playlist in Serato:
Serato will automatically create a playlist based on the exported file.
Double-check that all songs are available in your Serato library and correctly mapped.
Troubleshooting Tips
Missing Songs: If any songs don't appear in Serato, ensure they are available in your music library (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, or local files).
File Errors: Re-export the file if you encounter issues, and ensure your Serato software is up-to-date.
Custom Playlist Order: Arrange songs in Vibo before exporting if you want a specific sequence in Serato.
