Welcome! In a few minutes you’ll have Vibo Scanner up, running, and pulling your music into Prep Mode.
Download & Install
Grab the installer
Windows: click Download Vibo Scanner for Windows.
macOS: click Download Vibo Scanner for macOS.

Run the installer
Accept the prompts and finish.
When it launches for the first time, sign in with your Vibo account.
Understand Auto-Updates
On launch, Scanner silently downloads and installs the latest version if one exists.
If Windows asks for permission (“Allow…?”), click Yes—that’s the updater doing its job.
Your First Scan
Click Add Folder and choose the main folder that holds your music
Confirm that your files are MP3/WAV/AIFF/FLAC/ALAC. Other formats may not match.
Hit Scan.
Wait until you see “Scan Complete” at the bottom-right banner. (Large libraries can take a few minutes.)
Open Prep Mode in Vibo-your Matched Songs should now appear.
After You Add New Songs
Vibo Scanner doesn’t scan continuously. Whenever you drop fresh tracks into your music folder:
Re-open Scanner.
Click Scan again.
Wait for the completion banner.
Refresh your Prep Mode tab.

A: Yes—just add that drive’s folder and keep it connected whenever you work in Prep Mode.
