Overview

Creating a professional and visually striking experience for your clients just got a whole lot easier. With Vibo’s new branding customization tools, you can now control the colors and visuals across your entire client-facing app—giving your brand a unique and premium look.

This guide walks you through:

  • Setting your brand colors

  • Adding custom cover photos for headlines and sections

  • Using Canva templates to make it all a breeze.

🎨 Customize Your Branding Colors

You can now customize colors at three different levels:

1. Account-Wide Brand Color

This sets the default color across your dashboard and app.

To set it:

  • Go to Account Settings > Branding

  • Click on DJ Brand Color

  • Choose a color using the slider or input a HEX code

  • Save your changes

You’ll see a live preview in light and dark modes to ensure your branding looks great everywhere.

2. Event-Specific Colors

Customize the color for a specific event or template—perfect for corporate events, private parties, or seasonal vibes.

To set it:

  • Navigate to your Event or Template

  • Click Branding > Event Color

  • Choose a new color and hit save

⚠️ Note: This will only affect future events or templates. Existing events need to be updated individually.

3. Headline Colors

Want to color-coordinate sections? You can now change the color of individual headlines in the timeline.

How to do it:

  • Open the event and go to the timeline

  • Click the three dots next to a headline > Headline Settings

  • Choose your custom color and save.

🖼️ Add Cover Photos to Headlines and Sections

Once your colors are locked in, take your branding to the next level with cover photos. This turns your planning sections into a visual experience for clients.

📌 Recommended Size: 1920 x 960px (2:1 ratio)

To make this even easier, we’ve created Canva templates with the exact sizes and safe margins.

1. Add a Cover Photo to a Headline

  • Go to the Timeline and Music tab

  • Click the three dots next to a headline

  • Select Headline Settings > Add Section Cover

  • Upload your image and adjust as needed

  • Hit Save – and voilà!

Your clients will now see a beautiful, on-brand image right above that timeline section in their app.

2. Add a Cover Photo to a Section

  • Scroll to the section (e.g. "Additional Services")

  • Click the three dots > Section Settings

  • Choose Add Section Cover

  • Upload a photo and save

This adds a visual lead right into that section—no more tucking photos into descriptions!

🌟Pro Tip: Use Visuals That Reflect Your Style

Upload:

  • Photos of your DJ setup

  • Past event highlights

  • Mood-setting visuals

The more your app looks and feels like you, the more confidence your clients will feel in your service.

Let your visuals do the talking and make your Vibo experience unforgettable.
