  • Before sending, copy the unique host link from Vibo and paste it into the email.


2️⃣ Follow Up with a Quick Text

  • Text your clients directly from the Vibo app with the host link.

  • A friendly text can complement the email and catch their attention faster.


3️⃣ Invite On the Spot

  • If you’re chatting with your client on a call or during a Zoom meeting, send the invite link right away - this builds excitement and ensures they download the app immediately while it’s top of mind! 🎉
