Login Issues: A Step-by-Step Guide for DJs

Managing your events is key to providing the best experience. If you’re facing login issues, here’s a quick guide to help you resolve them:

1. Issues with Google Login Redirecting You Back to the Login Screen

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies:

    • On Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.

    • On Safari: Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.

  • Switch browsers: Use a different browser like Chrome or Safari.

  • Use manual login: Reset your password using the "Forgot Password" option.

2. Not Receiving the Verification Code

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Ensure you’re using the correct email.

  • Resend the code using "Forgot Password."

  • Try logging in with a personal email if you're using a work email.

  • If the issue persists, contact support for manual assistance.

3. Need to Change or Update Your Email Address?

  • Send us your old and new email via the support chat.

  • Once updated, log in with the new email or reset your password if needed.

4. Seeing "Not Authorized" Errors or Event Access Issues

  • Update the app to the latest version.

  • Reinstall the app.

  • Log out and back in.

  • Contact the DJ or host to ensure event permissions are correct.

5. Can't Log In Due to an Inactive or Old Email

  • Provide your old and new email addresses to our support team.

  • Once updated, use the new email to log in.

6. No Login Option Visible on the App or Web

  • Use the mobile app instead of a phone browser for Vibo.

  • Update the app to the latest version.

  • Clear your browser cache.
