Changing or Resetting Your Password 🔒

This article provides tips & instructions on how to change or reset a password.

Need to update or recover your Vibo password? No problem! While we can't change your password for you due to security reasons, we're here to guide you every step of the way. Here's how you can do it quickly and securely:


1. Changing Your Password 🛠️

  • Open the Settings tab on the web or mobile app.

  • Click on "Change Password" and follow the steps.


2. Forgot Your Password? Don’t Worry!

  • On the login screen, write your email and then tap "Forgot Password".

  • Enter your email address associated with your account to receive a reset link.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to set a new password.

  • You will not need your old password to complete this process.


3. Having Trouble with the Reset Email?

  • Didn’t get the email? Try clearing your browser cache and request the link again.


4. Using Google or Apple Login?

  • If you log in with Google or Apple, you can continue using those credentials without resetting your password.


5. Changing your password for security reasons? 🛡️

If you're changing your password because you're worried someone else has access to your account, change it first using the steps above.

Then head to Session Management in your settings and log out all other devices to kick them out for good.
