Quick answer
Change your password first, then open web.vibodj.com/settings, find Session management on the right side, and log out all other devices.
When to use session management
We built session management for the moments when you want to make sure only the right devices are signed into your Vibo account. Reach for it when:
You suspect someone else has access to your login.
You just changed your password and want every other device to be signed out so they're forced to log in again with the new one.
You're doing a general security cleanup and want to start fresh on every device you actually use.
If you're just trying to fix a login glitch on your own device, you don't need this — a regular log out and log back in will do it.
How to log out all other devices
If you're here for security reasons, the order matters. Do it this way:
Change your password first. The old password stops working immediately. Full steps: Changing or resetting your password.
Then log out all other devices:
Go to web.vibodj.com/settings (sign in if you're not already).
Look at the right side of the settings page for the section labeled Session management.
Click the option to log out all other devices.
Confirm when prompted.
That's it. Using session management you kick every other session. If anyone tries to sign back in, the old password is already dead and they'd need the new one to return.
Who can use this?
Session management is available to every Vibo user — DJs, hosts, and guests. The feature lives in your account settings, so you get to it the same way regardless of your role.
FAQ
Will I lose any data?
No. Events, templates, song ideas, branding, and settings are all tied to your account, not your session. Logging out just ends the sign-in on each device — everything will be right where you left it when you log back in.
I changed my password. Do I still need to log out other devices?
Changing your password alone doesn't end existing sessions on other devices. Those sessions stay signed in until you actively log them out from session management. If security is the reason you changed the password, run both steps — password first, then log out all devices.
I don't see "Session management" in my settings — what now?
Make sure you're on the web dashboard at web.vibodj.com/settings on a desktop browser, not the mobile app. If you're in the right place and still can't find it, reach out to us in chat and we'll take a look on our end.
What if I think someone already got into my account?
Run the recommended flow above — change your password, then log out all devices — and then message the team in chat. Share what happened and any suspicious details you noticed. We can help you check things and lock the account down from our end if needed.
