What Does the PDF Function Do?
The PDF function allows you to:
Export all event details into a PDF for use at the event or to share with clients.
Include event info, playlists, timelines, and custom notes.
Tailor the PDF layout to meet your specific needs.

Step 1: Navigate to the PDF Function
Open the event you’re working on in the Vibo app or web.
Go to the “PDF” tab at the top of your screen.
Step 2: Customize Your PDF
You’re in control! Here’s what you can add or adjust:
1. Event and general Information
Toggle Event Info On/Off to display details like the client’s name, date, venue, and DJ arrival time.
Toggle My Notes On/Off for your preference (e.g. If this a PDF for you during the event and you need your notes there).
2. Timeline Layout
Turn Timeline Layout On to show each event section, like:
Ceremony
First Dance
Open Dance Floor 🎉
Use the checkboxes to include Songs, Questions, and Notes in the timeline.
3. Section Details
Toggle Section Details Layout On for a deeper dive into each section.
Example: Show every song and specific instructions for the Bride’s Secret Song or Cake Cutting Music. 🍰🎶
4. Playlists
Toggle Playlists On to show a detailed breakdown of selected songs per section.
Step 3: Review Your PDF
Scroll through the preview on the right-hand side to ensure everything looks good.
If something’s missing, go back and adjust the toggles or add more details to the event.
Step 4: Export the PDF
Once satisfied, click Download PDF (top right).
Share it with your client or keep it handy for your event!
