PDF Not Downloading? Here's What to Do
If your PDF isn’t downloading, a pop-up blocker in your browser is likely causing the issue. Follow these steps to fix it:
1️⃣ Enable Pop-Ups for Vibo
Go to your browser settings and allow pop-ups.
We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.
2️⃣ Adjust Chrome Settings
If you’re on Chrome, look for a small icon on the right side of the navigation bar after you try downloading.
Click the icon and select "Always allow pop-ups from Vibo."
3️⃣ Rename the file before downloading
Issues can happen if the event/file name contains a special character (such as +, &, /, or #). Try renaming the file before downloading:
Remove any special characters (such as +, &, /, or #) from the file name.
Save the document again.
After adjusting your settings, try downloading the PDF again. Still having trouble?
