Unlocking an event in Vibo allows your client to keep editing details, updating music sections, and making last-minute adjustments before the big day.
Sometimes an event may appear as Pending or Locked, but with just a few clicks you can easily set it back to Active.
Step by Step
Go to the Home tab of your event, in the top navigation bar.
Find Event status under General settings (it will likely say Locked with a red dot).
Click on the Event status dropdown.
Change status to Active.

If your screen looks a bit different lately, itās likely because youāre using the beta version.
Hereās how to change the Event status to Active in the current beta layout.
Open your event and go to Timeline & Music, in the top navigation bar.
Click the ā¦ (three-dots) menu on the top-right of the event header and choose Settings.
In Event settings ā Event status, select Active.
Click Save changes.
Troubleshooting & tips
Donāt see these options? Make sure youāre on the right tab of the event (not People/Prep mode/PDF).
Event keeps locking again? In the same settings panel, check the āNumber of days before locking eventā field. If the event is close to its date, it may auto-lock based on that value.
Permissions: If you canāt access Settings, you may need DJ/host permissions from the account owner.
