Event statuses help DJs manage events and control participant permissions effectively. Here's what each status means:
🟠 Pending
Purpose: This status is similar to "Active" but serves as a reminder for the DJ that the event hasn’t been officially booked yet.
Functionality: All participants can perform actions allowed by their permissions, just like in the "Active" status.
🟢 Active
Purpose: Marks the event as officially underway.
Functionality: All participants can fully interact with the event as per their permissions until it is locked.
Locking Options: Events automatically lock on the lockout date or can be manually locked by the DJ.
🔴 Locked
Purpose: Finalizes the event to prevent further changes by participants.
Functionality: Only DJs can make changes to the event after it is locked.
How to Lock: The event locks automatically on the lockout date or can be manually locked via the Event Home screen > General settings.
✅ If you're a host and your event has been locked, (but you still want to perform changes)- kindly ask your DJ to remove the lock on your event.
